It’s as easy as sending an email, text or calling.
Some people come to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in London with me because their GP recommends it, or a friend. Or a psychiatrist.
My services are not covered by the NHS, so my clients either pay for the sessions themselves on the day of each session or have private health insurance, often through work. If your health insurance agrees to pay for your sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in London, I can invoice the insurance company directly.
I am registered with most UK health insurances, and as I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is accredited by the professional body for this type of therapy, the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies), health insurances from outside the UK usually cover treatment as well.
You may prefer to send an email for your first enquiry, but some people like to have a brief chat before a first session to see if they might get on with me are their CBT therapist in London.
