Professional accreditations:

I am a highly trained and fully qualified CBT and EMDR therapist based in Southwest London/Surrey borders working with clients all over the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe.

I am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the EMDR Association of the UK and Ireland, and EMDR Europe.

I am approved by AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA, Cigna, Vitality and other insurers.

Within my CBT and EMDR work, I use many elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Both ACT and CFT are also known as Third-wave CBT approaches.

Professional qualifications:

My training encompasses cognitive behaviourial therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and EMDR. I have a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Goldsmiths University in London.
